Insecurity-led leadership: Decisions are driven more by personal agendas than business merit. Senior leaders often operate from a place of fear and control, leading to an environment where people are pitted against one another. Lack of transparency: There is minimal communication on key decisions. Major structural changes and exits are executed behind closed doors without discussion or clarity, creating a sense of constant uncertainty. Malicious internal politics: Instead of collaboration, there is a tendency to undermine peers and teams to secure personal positioning. Trust is low because information is selectively shared to maintain power hierarchies. Weak market positioning: The product struggles to compete in India, yet the pressure on teams is unrealistic and inconsistent with ground reality. This leads to blame-shifting rather than strategic course correction. No psychological safety: Employees are not encouraged to speak up, and those who perform well may still be abruptly exited if perceived as a threat.

1. Generous benefits, pay is not too bad for someone new to the industry. 2. beautiful working space full of food, snacks, drinks, etc 3. Basically, the corporate want to make sure you are comfortable at work and have all the required gadgets 4. CEO is ambitious, highly involved, and actively seeking out new directions for the company instead of sitting on the native market they already dominated

1. Your personal experiences are highly related to the team you are on. 2. Some managers, who I am not sure if this is a culture or langauge issues, often sound condescending. Whenever you ask questions, instead of providing instruction, they will use rhetorical questions and leave you even more confused. Some like to blow things out of proportion when they disagree with your work. 3. Sending work messages 24/7 for nonurgent issues every day, even if you say 'not expecting you to reply,' is still pressure, especially coming from your direct manager. 4. The company pays hella amount of attention to their online reviews. They have people rolling out a food cart to encourage people leave comments/reviews online. I see this as both good and bad. Good because the employer does care about employee feedback, at least seemingly. Bad because you only need to PR this hard when things are not doing good. 5. Mandatory days at the office are Mon, Tues, and Thursday instead of letting you choose the days. Make you feel like a kindergarten kid when you have such limited freedom for your own schedule. 6. Toxic behaviors are tolerated
