Product very interesting even though competitors offer better better solutions

- micromanagement - impossible targets and pressure - you need to be connected 24-7 and extra hours is the normality - horrible management, people management doesn’t exist. They care only about revenues - from employment perspective is very non-competitive compared to the other tech companies - work environment is horrible and people tend to be not supportive at all - very individualistic culture, teams here don’t exist - contract were not compliant from what discussed during the negotiation process - high turnover - toxic culture - stay away from this company! During the interview process they sell themself as the best company but it doesn’t!!!
