Vantaggi
Practically no overtime, very good and stable relations with the clients. Relaxed atmosphere with no bureaucracy. There's no micromanagement and toxic people - it's a smaller company and everyone is pretty close and friendly.
Even though it seems easy-going, the software development standards are on a very high level, and the projects and complex and challenging so it's not boring.
From a tester's point of view, working in a place like this is truly pleasant Everyone (from top to bottom) is aware that quality is everyone's responsibility, the developers are practicing TDD and you really have to invest the effort to find a bug in the SUT, there are no low hanging fruits as a result of a very mature (very Agile) approach to developing software.
The salaries (full benefits, no shady business) are good and the CEO is a very sociable and approachable kind of guy, anyone can stop by his office and have a chat with him on practically any topic, which is not typical for Bosnia either and it's quite nice.
Everyone is respectful towards each other and as long as you're doing a good job no one will hover over your shoulder and pressure you with unrealistic deadlines.
As far as the Bosnian IT companies are concerned, Tacta is among the top companies, in terms of culture and work atmosphere.
Svantaggi
Sometimes people take a bit too long to answer Slack messages but other than that minor issue I haven't noticed anything worth mentioning, thus far.
Although the company is pretty stable and has good relations with the clients, it's still outsourcing and the client has the final say in all issues.
