If you’ve never had customer service experience before - this is a great position for you. If you’ve had it in the past, this job is mediocre but at the end of the day it’s a paycheck so just stay positive. A pro would be it seems like they’ll hire just about anyone, and the process to get started is relatively quick. For the most part the management is extremely friendly and will go out of their way to meet your needs and everyone else on the floor is nice too. Parking is free and there’s a cafeteria on site.

For me, there’s a lot of cons. You only get a 30 minute break. By the time you’re out the building you have maybe 15-20 mins in all. There are a lot of security loops you have to go through daily. You can’t bring ANYTHING with you to your work station- it all has to go in a locker on the first floor. There’s not a lot of communication between the management team and the agents on the floor. It’s a contract job so you don’t get PTO until the 6th month mark but by then the jobs done. The environment is extremely into micro managing- the training lessons are easy but the way it’s handled is discouraging. It feels like they lack confidence in us as a whole or maybe it’s just dumbed down so much that it’s fit for literally anyone.
