Save yourself the trouble of applying here. NOTHING is confidential! Pay scale is UNFAIR! It's all about who you know. Work/life balance is nonexistent. NO STRUCTURE! PETTY AND CATTY MANAGEMENT! INTIMIDATION! LACK OF EMPATHY! "Assignments" are given out as if you don't know what your job responsibilities are. Your expected to work from sun up to sun down during the week AND on Saturday's- Your email and messages are being blown up all through the night and weekend and you are EXPECTED to answer. Corrective action and retaliation is given if you don't answer emails when THEY want you to. Constant "TEAM" meetings talking about the SAME THING, ALL THE TIME, EVERYDAY! Recruiters aren't recruiting-they come into the office for 8+ hours a day to make offers to people THEY HAVE NOT INTERVIEWED, and to read an ungodly tracker that makes no sense to anyone except the person that created it. THESE ARE FACTS! There is a silver lining to all of this...I DON'T work for this company anymore! "CHEERS"
