Future is uncertain, it feels like they are trying to keep things stable for whatever will happen in the future (sale, merge, etc). Things are generally very opaque, and crisis management feels rushed. Team is very light, you are expected to contribute beyond the normal scope of a role. Salaries are also below industry average. Focus on AI but not much focus on quality.
