Svantaggi

Before the Dentsu acquisition, the company had a close-knit culture where management genuinely looked out for their employees. After becoming part of Dentsu, the senior leadership team changed, and the work environment gradually shifted—from supportive to increasingly difficult. - The HR function feels almost non-existent, with most inquiries handled by the support team in India—raising questions about the need for a local HR presence. Local HR often ignores employee queries or fails to respond altogether. - The senior leadership team (SLT) appears to have clear preferences on people and focuses heavily on pushing the impossible services to clients. Expect everyone in the company can do it all. - There is little to no career growth or salary increment for the majority of employees. No bonuses as well. - Promotions tend to be limited to senior leadership, with minimal opportunities for advancement for others. - The SLT expects employees to be generalists and take on additional responsibilities as needed, often without additional support or recognition. - The company does not celebrate achievements or cultural festivities, and there are no team bonding activities. As a result, the workplace lacks a sense of community and engagement. - There is a significant lack of backend staff, and despite raising this issue to management, no action has been taken. The focus remains on hiring front-end personnel, while the backend team is overworked and expected to operate around the clock without adequate support. If you're in a front-end role, you're expected to wear multiple hats beyond your core responsibilities—from chasing payments and filling in KPI gaps for management to handling HR-related queries for the team.

Vantaggi

No pros to mention. Zero. Tag is even suffering financially.

Svantaggi

You are cattle to Tag. You are a dollar sign until you’re too burned out - at which point you’re a liability and swiftly disposed of. Tag is somehow less human than any other agency I’ve worked at. We’re hemorrhaging employees as people flee to greener pastures (anywhere other than Tag) and bring their talents elsewhere. Tag has lost a tremendous amount of talented individuals during my time here whether working them to the bone or alienating them. Their HR department is a joke, run by people who take pleasure in stripping any dignity or rights from employees. We’re not even profitable. Your job will always be in question due to severe overselling while not being provided the resources to deliver. Do not work AT or WITH Tag if you care about your mental health. If the job market weren’t so bad, I would have been out of here a long time ago.
