The face of the company is a family structure but deep down everyone is terrified of upsetting the owner and they are constantly taking mental abuse. During the interview; you will think that you signed on to a great environment until you actually start working there. Also raises are not based on anything but whether the president values your presence. The rate of people leaving the company is very high.
