Not worth it - Recensione dipendente - Recruiter presso Tailored Management

For the first 6 months, I thought this job was fantastic - they drew me in with their free coffee, massages, ping pong table in the office, young co-workers, but it quickly turned into a pretty toxic work environment. My team of recruiters felt very micromanaged and our concerns were never listened to by management. There was a specific instance where it was 6:00pm on a Friday, I had hit my goals for the week, but because I had only called 19 people instead of 20 that day, I got reprimanded. If you are looking for an entry level introduction into recruiting, I suggest looking elsewhere.
