I am sorry to hear that this is your experience - it’s not what we want or expect. We’ve taken this feedback and I have looked into each of the elements you raised. Our CX team is one of our largest teams, and it is extremely important and valued within our business and amongst our customers. Some of your points refer to a period of time last year where we were understaffed. This wasn’t something we wanted, and we’ve worked hard to ensure it is no longer the case and that the team is well run and supported by strong managers. It is true, we encourage individuals who have the appetite to take advantage of development opportunities in CX and also across the tails.com business; we also ensure they are fairly rewarded financially.
