Mental health abuse, no career progression. I used to love working for this company, until we became corporate. Since then, I have been lied to about my career progression, then we had redundancies, they cancelled the Learning and Development, and they put me in a support plan then performance improvement plan despite the fact I told them I'm burning out since a year. Since we became corporate, the managers, team leads, HR and even the CEO absolutely don't care about the employees. I did appeals to my warnings and they kept blaming me for everything, and ended up firing me with immediate effect. I even contacted Paolo, the CEO about this, the reply I got was “referring this to HR as I have no idea what is happening”. And of course, HR blamed me for everything.
