Terrible management and even worse pay for working in the heat of the summer and on so many vehicles all day. You will be promised pay raises and promotions multiple times as a carrot on a stick but it will never actually come. To make things worse are the corporate policies that you have to meet their sales quota or they will find someone else who can, I got this job to work on cars not upsell a clean air filter. Avoid this place like the plague unless very desperate to be worked harder than you ever have been in your life just to be told it's not good enough. Not to mention half the time nothing works in the shop so you work extra hard cause something is broken or missing.
