It’s a non profit. It is exhausting to work here. They use people up and then they leave. The turn over was pretty crazy. As a therapist, I was pushed to do social work much more significantly than therapy. My job was just constantly putting out fires and being overextended. The pressure that comes from using government funding lead some supervisors to be more consumed with what needed to be done to get funding over client care and employee wellbeing.
