- Changing targets without warning - Changing their WFH policy from fully remote to in the office, and only giving 2 weeks to comply (even though some staff were living hours away) - Forcing the lowest paid team members to take the same $ value paycut as the team members earning 6 figures, to the point of pushing the lowest paid to minimum wage, and causing at least 3 of them to have to move house so they could continue to afford rent - Deceitful practices towards clients - Refusing to discuss or resolve the reasons as to why someone was going to quit - Staff put into roles that they are not fit for
