- the usual when it comes to startups (not a dealbreaker): -401k (work in progress) - slight favoritism but it happens at any company you go to -no office stipend because most is provided to you but you do have to bring and use your personal laptop -not ADA accessible bc of broken elevator, BUT will be moving to a new office - No consistent office / bathroom cleaning staff -90 probation period to receive benefits (Medical, Dental, Vision) - quite a few zoom meetings - sometimes office pups have accidents (not a huge deal)
