My experience with TalentPro was disappointing. Several things promised verbally, such as work-from-home arrangements and overtime pay, were not honored. Working hours differed significantly from what was stated at hiring. Even if you renew your contract, a salary increase is not guaranteed. Many hires are brought in through a secondment contract via headhunters, often because the client company is unable or unwilling to offer permanent positions.
