Vantaggi

Great team and fun culture with a good social life. Managers try to help you learn new skills, and company will pay for you to get certifications. Pay is good and benefits are decent (has VHI and bonus but no pension).

Svantaggi

The product is really buggy so is constantly breaking for customers but most of the problems need a developer to fix. The support team have to deal with a lot of frustrated customers but we can't actually solve their problems. Some of the team end up working extra hours at weekends with no extra compensation.

Mass amounts of learning and development available. Getting to work on cutting edge technology that pushes the envelope is inspiring. The staff is amazing and it truly feels like I work with my best friends.

Svantaggi

Change happens often, as it does with most products, so you have to be able to roll with it. People who are adverse to a lot of change may not like this.
