Very Poor Management/ Dumb people Some useless offer letter they will ask you to sign. which is totally like a slave! Better read the terms & conditions well then go ahead. Its like a call centre rather than a proper recruitment! All team leaders are waste! they fight among themselves and you have to suffer for them. No professional approach nothing!! Its like people came from village! they say they will give you naukri training and blah blah!! For me it never happened after asking the management for same also! This is the reason after being into existence since 16 years they never grow! The MD just he is doing it for survival that's it! he dont have the passion for recruitment!
