The kitchen and nice office space are really the only pros to this company. The people there are lovely, gorgeous individuals, but unfortunately this is marred by the upper level management.

Highly political culture yet somehow they love to parrot the "we are a family" narrative over and over. The management is cold and distant and the resources provided to complete your work are quite lacking. Training was also non-existent and the company really has no idea what their forte is and what they are lacking. I can't understand the valuation proposition that this company earned and I cannot see them lasting another 3 years without being outright bought out.
