From day 1 you understand that something is not right. I have seen people fired after only 1 day at work, without considering they possibly left a stable job to join the company. Managers have not experience at all, the company is business for over 10 years but it feels like they just started their journey. they lay off people every 3/4 months. If you have a stable job do not leave it to go there, wait for a better opportunity.
