Very bad company - Recensione dipendente - Marketing presso Talent4Assure

I joined talent4Assure as an HR intern in recruitment and selection profile. I learned from talent 4assure how a company increase their fund by cheating. How a company do fake promise. Totally dependent on interns. They teach everything regalrding the world exclude for what you are there. High turnover of employee because they don't pay money to them that's why they leave. They can't offer a tea to employees. Take late fine from interns but don't pay after doing hard work.

Bad working environment. Do fake promise, they tell interns for hard work and tell about incentive, but after doing so much hard work and fulfilling target they don't give a single rupee. CEO and Coo have no qualities. Bad management team. Bad team work.

The best thing I have reviewed about talent4assure is their friendly environment. All are very friendly and supportive after being so experienced which helps us to get good feedback. The big challenge for any employee is learning new technologies which is made very simple here due to the cooperation of each employess. I not only enjoyed my working but also enjoyed the the celebration of festivals.

One has to be dedicated towards his/her work then only one will get rewards, incentives, good hikes. Company is totally performance based.
