CEO tried to fire someone for taking AL that he had approved. He would try to publicly humiliate people in weekly team meetings. He held a weekly all hands call to go through the sales pipeline and demand to be in the meetings if they were worth more than 15k. You would often loose deals as he was rude and arrogant to prospects, only to then blame you for loosing the deal.
