      Guys, I am working in this company from past 1.5 years as a Software Developer and I can confidently tell that if you are serious for your career and want to grow then it's a very good company.       I must say the way they nurture every resource to become a real software professional is really awesome, however at times you may feel you are pushed little too much to pick up the new area. I personally believe that has made me realize every time that I have more potential than I thought about myself and I am very thankful to them to make me realize about it.

      Salary will be same until bond ends if by chance eligible then hardly 10 to 15 percent maximum appraisal will get and had to work late night without any extra pay any facilities jave to deal with a lot of pressure as a fresher a person can see hell

      It is not good for freshers, it is not good for experienced. Better to be jobless than being a slave there for their bond period. Once you sign their bond & then done. They'll make you feel trapped, they won't let you go even if bond period ends. They'll say they are giving opportunity, but in reality they are just utilising the opportunity to get cheap labour, by making use of job seekers who are desperate to get a job.
