Not anything that hurts an employee

I am currently working with TalentSprint and hold around 2.6 years of experience here.. TS folks have been very encouraging and supportive all through these years of my service. I have loved to be at work almost all times. I am very proud to be a part n parcel of a wonderful organization as TS ..

Sometimes the tight work schedule does give me that jittery feeling. But I have always had support of my managers and seniors to be able to handle it.. I won't call it a con, infact I just take it as a hiccup in the whole process... N trust me, that's easily manageable 😀
