I NEVER write reviews. I just recently moved her from DC. I have had a lot of encounters with various companies when it comes to recruiters and the interview process. In DC, recruiters are "salesy" and most of time what they tell you is very different than what you actually do. I am not trying to generalize the entire area but rather experiences that I have dealt with and people close to me. So this review is for Micheal Henson. He is probably hands down the best recruiter I have ever worked with or have come across. He is very honest and helpful. He has answered all my questions and with great transparency. He kept me informed every step of the way. The interview process is pretty standard and professional. Aside from Michael, the company is amazing; TW practices and believes their values that they preach. I can write chapters on how great the company is in terms of people, environment and work ethic.
