-Unrealistic expectations when our team got reduced by 3 people and management still expected the rest of us to produce the same results causing us to be overworked -They pay way under industry average with benefits that barely covers anything . -There's more managers than recruiters - remember this is a RECRUITMENT agency. Turn over is so high that even a manager only lasted one month before calling it quits. Would not recommend anyone to work here, employees are overworked and undervalued.
