Prior to the acquisition of the company, it was a amazing.

- There is no such thing as overtime/time off in lieu. If you work in excess of your contractually paid hours, you will not be paid for it nor will you be given time off in lieu. I asked the General Manager about time off in lieu and I was told "they do not believe in it". So I worked 50 - 60 hours some work weeks to make sure all that needed to get done, got done for their client. I never saw any of the time back. If I was a manager I could see how they would get away with that but I was not a manager. They had me in a position that should have been at least 2 people. But they took advantage and kept me alone doing the role until I quit. It wasn't until I gave my notice that they added a second person. - The ATS is a waste. The amount of wasted time because of how slow the system was or how click heavy. We has the perfect ATS for our business before the acquisition. Then we were forced to use Garda's which was nothing but a major downgrade. The training was barely training then we were thrown into it. Just for them to make an updated version of it a year later that required training that wasn't training once again. - I was on a pretty large team and not one of them are working there now. They either quit or got fired. Mostly the former. They even temporarily laid off a few of my colleagues near the beginning of the pandemic, and never brought them back to work. Some had been "temporarily" laid of for over 6 months with no communication from the company. Also, there was quite a but of turnover. - salaries are well below the average, and they go 50/50 on benefits. You will need to pay out of salary for the benefits package. Honestly, I wouldn't recommend working for this company.

There is a lot of change happening around you – colleagues, systems, processes, etc. It is a strong leadership team that allows you to grow with the change. And we are always looking for opportunities to improve change management and address any gaps in our process. It is unfortunate that you didn’t feel you had the opportunity to have these conversations before your departure. We wish you all the very best in your career.
