Nice people, decent learning opportunities

I wish I could take names. The leadership here is terrible. There is so much politics, the kind of stories we hear about the leadership are shocking and they all have a weird dynamic with each other with a bunch of weird past experiences. They'll put on this image of everything being happy but this place is so toxic. If anyone is reading this please don't come and work here. It's painfully fake, the ceo cares so much about being liked he doesn't even realise what everyone thinks of him. There is so much favouritism and constant pressure for such little money.

Some decent colleagues who get it. The office is nice.

Trust me you don't want to work here. This place is a big ex webchutney gang, whether they actually have merit to do the kind of work they're doing is hugely debatable. Short ans - they don't. We have titles here but the person having the title does no work to actually fit it. It's all a joke. The founders are so biased and blind. Leadership fight and make a mockery of their power, but no one bats an eyelid. The ceo only cares about optics and coming across like he cares when he does not. Everyone knows this and he does too. It's the way this company has been built. You'll hear stuff like we're different form other agencies and so on. No, we're not. It's as murky and toxic as any other agency, so if you want agency exposure, go work somewhere that is big. This place isn't it. Here the focus is on "saying" the right thing not doing the right thing.
