Vantaggi

- An international mix of professionals - Central location - Work-life balance

Svantaggi

- Extremely poor management, no managers with actual leadership skills - Lacking company structure - No Human Resources department - Unrealistic achievement goals - Constantly laying off people (making employees insecure about their own future in the company) - Low salaries - No development opportunities - No benefits I would not recommend this company to anybody. The company does not seem to know its own finances, laying off people after only a few months due to missed company targets. So if Talenthub is your next company do not expect to be there for too long.

Vantaggi

Great colleagues and free snacks, tea, coffee and soft drinks.

Svantaggi

Lacks structure and has a tendency toward micromanagement. There’s a fast turnover of staff—over 40 employees joined and left within just three years. There’s also no clear career progression in place. High performers are “rewarded” with more responsibilities, but not with additional compensation or meaningful development opportunities.

Vantaggi

- Strong mission and purpose - Good colleagues - Office location is in center of Copenhagen

Svantaggi

- Toxic positivity culture - Toxic male culture (no diversity, seriously). The only female leader left the company. No diversity in management (all white males) - Micro-management. Preach empowerment of employees but then get caught up in the details and the "my way is the only way" mentality. No trust in employees. - Change directions constantly and fail to communicate these changes downwards which often leads to confusion and gross incompetence. - No flexibility. Senior leaders say they only care about output but then they monitor employees in and out times at the office and consider an employee a poor performer if they work from home one day. - Low pay. Poor bonus models. No benefits. - Constant lay-offs and high turn-over rates.
