Lunch and some colleagues. In the beginning of my time at Talenthub, it was rewarding learning so much. Because they spent so much time on training, it made the job security feel that much greater. Also pushed me to up my LinkedIn game, which thankfully is helping me after the out-of-nowhere layoff.

They have been letting people go one by one. They don't understand markets. The job is advertised as hybrid, but really that was just some sort of underhanded test to see who they could get to come into the office consistently because apparently that means you're a better employee even if you work better from home. They do not accept feedback in a productive way, nor do they have any sort of logical way of communication. They let people go with no conversation beforehand, no warning signs to the mass amounts of people they lay off every quarter, and have been extremely bitter about any posts from previous employees on Linkedin looking for work after being suddenly laid off.
