Crazy stressful, unrealistic expectations, no care

Previously working on the tools as a contractor, I never fully understood company culture and values, it is something that a lot of contractors overlook, we go for a job, get it done then move to the next. Since transitioning from the tools to the keyboard, joining the early stages of a business that was operating out of a small warehouse, I have been given the opportunity to not only develop the foundations of recruitment (with some of the best in the game) but I also experienced what company values and culture really means. Growth is a personal value that has stuck with me for quite some time which Talentko displays seamlessly, the fact the business went from 6 people in a warehouse to 35 people in a corporate office in the city under 6 months speaks enough. In addition, I have been a part of personal development programs, dedicated to personal growth and developing emotional intelligence, which has been provided by the company to help us grow.
