Previously working on the tools as a contractor, I never fully understood company culture and values, it is something that a lot of contractors overlook, we go for a job, get it done then move to the next. Since transitioning from the tools to the keyboard, joining the early stages of a business that was operating out of a small warehouse, I have been given the opportunity to not only develop the foundations of recruitment (with some of the best in the game) but I also experienced what company values and culture really means.
