      They have fair sales incentives

      You’d never really get those incentives cause your managers will always steal your placements and they are very very toxic. All they do is gossip all day and blame you for their mess ups

      I was being sidelined constantly by the md and there was nothing anyone could do, he would gossip about me to my team mates and act nice to my face My pensions for my time there wasn’t remitted , but lump sum was constantly deducted We were pressured to lie to clients Very very poor salary and they don’t allow hybrid
