Despite this waste, the company refuses to reward the sales team—the very people generating revenue—many of whom have shown long-term loyalty and strong performance, yet are repeatedly denied fair salary increments. The HRBP team in Indonesia only makes matters worse, showing a lack of competence, accountability, and basic capability to carry out their responsibilities.
