I really enjoyed my time at Talk360 as a CRM Specialist, where I've been able to work closely with all areas of the commercial team, as well as with the Data team and the Product and Tech teams. It is a data-driven company where work-life balance is seriously considered, and the management team is always open to discussions and alignment on the best interests of both the company and the employees.

There are no disadvantages from my experience.

The company is a start-up, so you can get involved in many different projects and make a real impact while growing in your career. People are really open, kind and read to help - this is definitely a must! The company's mission is amazing, to me that's nothing better than making money while your work is helping to create a better world. So, yes: definitely a great place to work if you're a hands-on person!

The company is building processes and creating structure - which is also a must to have for me - but maybe cannot be the best option for those who don't want to involve so much.
