Thanks for taking the time to leave us a review - it's very much appreciated. We agree that our culture is great - we're incredibly proud of it and our colleagues clearly agree having just given us a Colleague NPS score of +36. In relation to leadership, again our leaders got good scores in the recent survey however we don't want to rest on our laurels and so have recently launched our Leadership Development programme with the aim of taking us from good to great and we can't wait to see the results.
