They are among the worst companies to work for, let me get this straight : Hire fire culture Insecure leadership Declining product and flop decisions Toxic environment, bootlicking culture They are basically bluffing about their so called valuation and all, this company might not exist for a simple reason that they don't vision and that is precise reason for their insecurity. Take the review serious, filter out negative reviews and you will understand the reality. Management itself is bad believe me take the offer and join somewhere else and be ready for getting into depression soon.
