Extreme micromanagement as in they will basically spy on you constantly through the cameras in trucks. Even when they are home or at the main office like we're a netflix documentary. They are constantly fishing for anything to get people in trouble and rules change daily. Pay isn't worth the hassle. Favoritism is a huge thing as well. Some people constantly sleep and don't get in trouble while you gotta bust your butt to make sure no delays happen.
