This company, as old timers tell it, used to be a good company, they were fun and paid well but you always worked hard for your money. There are stories told about trips to Disney for company meeting, and lots of swag, and free booze. You don't hear many good things now.

Lots of pressure. They want you to work a minimum of 45 hours a week and if you can work more than that and if you don't eat, or sleep, no one will care. There's constant yelling, and seems like management lies to everyone just to keep people around. Recruiters can be heard saying things to new people that just aren't true. Seems like this company doesn't care anymore about its people like we heard it did. The blame seems to point to the CEO and a lack of honesty there because all the uppper management seems to follow his lead. They want to grow but they don't have any sales or marketing people that know what to do. There were just a bunch of layoffs that a lot of people haven't heard about. You only hear things positive but it's not true. Long hours, no work life balance, and if you even hint that you want one, the answer is get out. This is not a healthy place at all and it may not last long.
