Since Tallo was acquired by Stride we've been stuck in limbo. Right now Tallo is a revolving door with 90% of the leadership (including CEO, VPs, Directors, and Managers) team quickly making their exit and those that are left being moved to teams with Stride managers that do not understand the core of what we do and seem to not care to get to know our jobs. Many Tallo employees come here for the culture and mission focused work and sacrifice higher paying jobs in the process. With Stride taking over we are losing our culture, our mission, and still not being given competitive wages (while Stride's health insurance plan went up nearly 15% this year).
