Never received any performance reviews, no pay increase for over 5 years, bare minimum sick pay by law, extreme business decline, isolation no other employees. responsible for office administrative functions, bare minimum equipment and software tools. I supplied a lot of my own to improve my workstation and office environment.

Work hours were my preferred - 6:30-3:00pm.

Stayed way too long, with no raise in over 5 years and I was told I should consider myself doing good for the low pay, No appreciation of the extra mile put forth to improve product and functions, Never a thank you for a job well done. Had to provide my own computer equipment to improve my productivity. It was difficult to deal with a negative stressed owner being the only other person in the office.
