Leadership is no nonsense and doesn't buy into the 'growth at all costs' mantra that plagues many other tech companies at our stage. The product is great and is ever evolving. The product is quite technical. We are globally dispersed to trying to coordinate between timezones for answers or internal meetings can be tough.
