No one is above pitching in to help out on projects or when issues arise. Genuinely great team. True belief in work/life balance exemplified by leadership.

The product is quite technical. We are globally dispersed to trying to coordinate between timezones for answers or internal meetings can be tough.

no management, lack of transparency from leadership. Quota completely unrealistic. No promotion opportunities.
