Excellent work culture. Amazing benefits which are 100% covered by the company. I highly recommend attending company outings. The company has an excellent on boarding process for new hires within the first 90 days. They also offer unlimited PTO after 1 year of employment and are quite flexible with working from home when it is needed by employees. Everyone is always willing to collaborate in order to complete deadlines ahead of time for our clients. HR does an amazing job overall, but especially with always having the lunch room stocked with various snacks and drinks, which is greatly appreciated by all the employees! Lastly, the office building is located on the intercoastal, which is ideal for taking a small break outside to enjoy the beautiful South Florida weather out by the dock.

There are not many downsides, if any, to working here due to an excellent work culture. For some the drive to the office can get a bit hectic due to construction within the Las Olas area.
