Micromanage like no company I have ever work for in my career. There is a call at five o'clock - five days a week so you can tell everyone what you did for the day. It goes past the allotted thirty minutes sometimes over an hour (management isn't mindful of peoples personal time). Everyone is involved in "everything" I mean everything from sales prospects to deals working! There is no focus, plan, or strategy moving forward its just sell sell sell. When it comes to sales there are unrealistic sales expectations & KPIs. They don't do any marketing even though they aren't known outside Europe. The base salary is low, doesn't provide health insurance, dental, or 401k.
