The benefits and pay are great! The overall culture is lovely as well, and everybody I work with on the daily are great people!

We've got the normal Corporate departmental drama and cattiness, but you'll get that in every corporate job. We're also pushing AI pretty heavily, and that can be a bummer to think about at times, given it's environmental and social impact.

There is a strong emphasis on ‘making it happen,’ often at the expense of valuing team members. Unhealthy goals have replaced ‘community first.’ There also seems to be a growing focus on optics over substance. Accountability can feel disingenuous at times, leaning more toward retribution than development. Tanger has all the ingredients of a great company, but has lost its way.
