It is really a great place to start a career or gain additional experience. There is a lot to be learned and it will add up to your resume. Managements care about their employees and they listen to them. The employees are amazing and makes great colleagues. This makes challenges easier to achieve and working at Tangerine becomes fulfilling. The company has an international reputation, their customers are located all around the globe. There are opportunities to interact with different key players within a customer hierarchy and to travel the world.

It is a growing company and sometimes structure and organization are lacking but this was already being attended to when I left. Compensation for hard work and overtime could be better.
