Tanium being primarily remote before the pandemic meant adjusting to remote life changes was fairly seamless. Felt well supported as a remote employee even before the pandemic.

The focus on continuously delivering new tooling for customers means that there can be a large tech debt burden, and lack of thorough testing though there are clear plans in place to fix both. There is a semi-implicit expectation of working late to get the job done. Tanium has shown it isn't afraid to let go of employees that don't meet their expectations, which can be both good and bad. It's nice not having a coworker that doesn't pull their weight, but also can feel like your job isn't always secure.
