Svantaggi
They lie about everything from their technology's capabilities to how well the business is doing (hint: it's not doing well) and they expect their salespeople to lie to potential partners as well. The executives care more about getting the company's name out there by spending major $$ to sponsor every mobile conference than they do about building a strong product and forming lasting partnerships. The company promises high earnings potential but does not deliver, even for their top performers. Management is unwilling to take constructive feedback about the product or the company's business practices. They say that they are open but unless you're offering praise, they don't want to hear it. The favorite employees were the ones that went along with everything the CEO said and rarely questioned anything. When requesting constructive criticism from the CEO, he will offer nothing and then criticize you later for something that could have been addressed much earlier. The company does not care about employee growth and development. Goals are inconsistent and potential career paths are unclear. There is no work-life balance; working long hours and on weekends is encouraged and celebrated. The company had a round of layoffs last November and handled it incredibly poorly. Employees who lost their jobs were not offered any severance or compassion as they were being told they no longer had a job. If you are considering taking a job here, question everything you're told by management and current employees. Do your research. Try and talk to some former employees.
