I do have mixed feelings for this company, the vibe is REALLY weird. People tend to blame each other, they behave like mean girls, they harass verbally their colleagues. I came back from holiday and people were gone in the name of "efficiency". They kept pushing for AI without explaining how to actually use it. There is no automation, everything is so difficult that you end up being stressed and tense for no reason. It felt like you had to fight to do your own job. I stayed more than I should have because overall it is a good company - for example retail is much better than wholesale - and I liked my colleagues, also the bonus was really good for a fashion company. Also in customer service there is zero career advancement, so after a while it's inevitable to leave.
